Pickr is designed to help users discover fashion through lightweight taste interactions. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

  • Account information (for example, Sign in with Apple identifiers, and the email or name you choose to share).
  • Session and interaction data (for example, swipes/likes, Picks and Closet actions, and when you open a store link).
  • Device, diagnostics, and performance data (for example, crash logs) to keep the service reliable.
  • Support communications if you contact us (for example, emails you send to support).

How We Use Information

  • Personalize recommendations and improve result quality.
  • Operate, secure, and maintain the Pickr experience.
  • Measure product quality, including session completion outcomes.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers who support hosting, analytics, and infrastructure, and when required by law.

If you tap a product link, you may be taken to a third-party retailer website. Your interactions with those sites are governed by their policies. We do not receive your payment details from retailers.

If you use Pickr via Apple TestFlight, Apple may collect diagnostic information as part of TestFlight. This is governed by Apple’s policies.

Data Retention

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service, improve recommendations, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Your Choices

  • You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
  • If you have a registered account, you can delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account).
  • You can stop using the service at any time.

Children

Pickr is not intended for children under 13.
