These Terms govern your use of Pickr (the iOS app and related services). By accessing or using Pickr, you agree to these Terms.

Beta / TestFlight

Pickr is currently a beta product and may be distributed via Apple TestFlight. The service may be unstable, may change at any time, and may be discontinued. During the beta, we may reset or delete test data.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pickr.

Use of the Service

Pickr provides fashion discovery and recommendation functionality. You agree to use the service lawfully and in a way that does not harm others or interfere with operation.

Accounts

Pickr may offer guest sessions and registered accounts (for example, via Sign in with Apple). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your device secure.

Products, Links, and Purchases

Pickr may surface product information and link to third-party retailer websites. Pickr does not sell products and is not responsible for third-party offerings, pricing, availability, orders, shipping, returns, or customer service. Third-party sites are governed by their own terms and policies, and product information may be inaccurate or out of date.

Feedback

If you choose to send feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you agree we may use them to improve Pickr without compensation or obligation to you.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when needed to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with legal obligations.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pickr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
